01Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Bravo Tweaks, United States, the seller of the Products. Contact: support@bravotweaks.com.

Checkout is hosted by Payhip, the e-commerce platform we sell through. Payhip and its payment processors handle the payment itself; your licence and support come from us.

02What we sell

Bravo Tweaks sells digital Windows PC optimization products — configuration profiles, guided setup walkthroughs and optimization software — plus Bravo Macros, our input-macro software (together, the "Products"). Products are delivered digitally; nothing physical ships.

03Licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence, delivered as a licence key you activate inside the app.

• One-time licences (optimization tweaks, bundles, and Bravo Macros Basic and Plus): lifetime access to that Product, activatable on 1 of your own PCs at a time and locked to that PC's hardware ID (HWID). You can reset your HWID from your profile once every 7 days per app to move a licence to a new PC.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share or leak Product files or licence keys. Keys that are shared, leaked, or bought back via chargeback may be suspended or revoked.
• You may not reverse-engineer Products or repackage our configurations for distribution.
• Creators may showcase Products in content — that's encouraged (see the affiliate program).

04One-time purchases

Every Product — individual tweaks, bundles and Bravo Macros — is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each Product is yours to keep, including updates to that Product.

05Promo codes & sales

Promotional codes and sale pricing can start, change or end at any time, apply only at the moment of checkout, and can't be applied retroactively to earlier purchases. One promo code per order unless stated otherwise.

06System changes & reversibility

Products apply configuration-level changes to your system. The apps keep a change history so supported changes can be rolled back from inside the app; some changes, such as BIOS settings, must be reverted by hand, and uninstalling a Product does not revert its changes on its own. You are responsible for reverting changes before making warranty claims to hardware vendors.

07Performance disclaimer

We don't guarantee any specific FPS gain or latency reduction. Results vary by hardware, software environment and game — review what each Product includes before purchasing.

08Overclocking & BIOS risk

Certain Products (Overclock Pack, BIOS Optimization, CPU/GPU Optimization) guide changes to firmware or operating parameters. Follow the guided steps exactly. Pushing hardware beyond the guided values is at your own risk, and Bravo Tweaks is not liable for damage caused by deviating from the guided process.

09Anti-cheat & game terms

Our optimization Products (tweaks and bundles) are configuration-only: they do not read game memory, inject code or automate gameplay. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the games you play.

10Bravo Macros & macro software

Bravo Macros automates input sequences (macros). Macros are different from configuration tweaks: some games, tournaments and platforms restrict or prohibit macro use in their own rules, and those rules change without notice.

It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules of the games, tournaments and platforms you play on. We make no promise that macro use is permitted by any specific game, and no guarantee against enforcement action by a game or platform. If a game's rules prohibit macros, don't use them there.

11Refunds

All sales are final — Products are digital goods delivered in full at purchase. Narrow exceptions (duplicate charges, non-delivery, rights granted by law) are described in the Refund Policy.

12Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no fraudulent chargebacks, no sharing paid files, no attacking or attempting to disrupt our infrastructure, and no using our affiliate program for self-referrals or spam.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravo Tweaks' total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost ranked points.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
