Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bravo Tweaks collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a product, run the affiliate program and improve the site — and we never sell your data.
01What we collect
We collect information in three situations:
- Purchases — your email address and order details, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Affiliate program — the application details you submit (name, email, Discord handle, social links) and referral activity (clicks, attributed sales).
- Site usage — anonymous analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) and a referral cookie if you arrive through an affiliate link.
02What we use it for
Delivering products and licence keys to your email, crediting affiliates for referred sales, providing support, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding which pages and content actually help players so we can make more of them.
03Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a 30-day referral cookie when you arrive via an affiliate link (so the right creator gets credited), and session cookies required for signed-in areas like the affiliate dashboard. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
04Payment processing
Payments are handled by our payment processor as merchant of record. Your payment details go directly to them over encrypted connections and are governed by their privacy policy. We receive order metadata (product, amount, your email) needed to deliver your purchase.
05Where data lives
Order, affiliate and lead data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access restricted by security rules. The website is hosted on our CDN/hosting provider. Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where these providers operate.
06What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
- We don't read files on your PC beyond what a purchased Product needs to apply and revert its own settings.
- We don't send marketing email unless you opted in — and every email has an unsubscribe link.
07Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax/accounting). Email support@bravotweaks.com and we'll action requests within 30 days.
08Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
09Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
