01Who we are

Bravo Tweaks, United States is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@bravotweaks.com.

02What we collect

We collect information in five situations:

• Purchases — your email address and order details, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Accounts & licence activation — your account email and, when you activate a licence key, a one-way hashed device fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash derived from system identifiers). We use it only to enforce the per-licence device limit; the raw identifiers never leave your machine.
• Login with Discord — if you choose it, Discord shares your Discord ID, username and email with us to sign you in and link your account. We never see your Discord password and can't post as you.
• Affiliate program — the application details you submit (name, email, Discord handle, social links) and referral activity (clicks, attributed sales).
• Site usage — standard request logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested), used for security and troubleshooting, and a referral cookie if you arrive through an affiliate link.

03Cart, wishlist & purchase notices

Your cart and wishlist live in your own browser's local storage — they aren't sent to us until you check out. The site's live purchase notices ("Someone grabbed …") show only a product name and a relative time from recent orders; they never include a buyer's name, email or any other identifying detail.

04What we use it for

Delivering products and licence keys to your email, crediting affiliates for referred sales, providing support, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding which pages and content actually help players so we can make more of them.

05Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a 30-day referral cookie when you arrive via an affiliate link (so the right creator gets credited), and session cookies required for signed-in areas like the affiliate dashboard. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

06Payment processing

Checkout is hosted by Payhip, the e-commerce platform Bravo Tweaks sells through. Payhip and its payment processors take and process your payment; your card or PayPal details go directly to them over encrypted connections and are governed by their privacy policies. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive the order details (product, amount, your email) needed to deliver your licence key.

07Where data lives

These services hold customer data on our behalf:

• Payhip — checkout, payment and order records (name, email, purchase details).
• Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) — accounts, licence keys and activations (including hashed device IDs), orders, affiliate and lead data, with access restricted by security rules.
• Vercel — website hosting and server functions, including standard request logs.
• Resend — sending licence-key and saved-cart emails to your address.
• Discord — only if you choose Login with Discord or contact us there.
• Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where these providers operate.

08What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
• We don't read files on your PC beyond what a purchased Product needs to apply and revert its own settings.
• We don't send marketing email unless you opted in — and every email has an unsubscribe link.

09Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax/accounting). Email support@bravotweaks.com and we'll action requests within 30 days.

10Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

11Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
