The fixes that actually matter
Watch the lows, not the average
The drops in dense POIs are what you feel. Power throttling and core parking off, plus the multimedia scheduler tuned for games, take Windows out of the way.
Check for bufferbloat
Warzone's packet bursts lose to a housemate's stream when your router's buffers fill up. A bufferbloat test tells you if that's the problem; router QoS or SQM is the usual fix.
Debloat before dropping
Background services stealing CPU mid-rotation are the classic Warzone hitch. Kill them safely.
