Refund Policy

Simple version: all sales are final. Bravo products are digital goods delivered instantly — once the download and licence are in your hands, the product has been fully delivered, so we don't offer refunds. Please read what's inside each pack (and the hardware disclaimer) before you buy.
01All sales are final
Every Bravo Tweaks purchase — bundles, individual tweaks and console packs — is a one-time delivery of digital content. Because the full product is delivered the moment payment clears, purchases are not refundable and licences cannot be returned.
02Know what you're buying first
We put everything in the open so there are no surprises:
- The Tweak Arsenal page lists every module in every pack.
- Each product page shows the full feature list before checkout.
- BIOS / overclocking products show a disclaimer before you can buy.
- Still unsure? Ask in the Discord — real answers before you spend anything.
03Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments already made, including renewals, are not refunded, so cancel before your renewal date if you're done.
04The narrow exceptions
We will always make it right in these cases:
- Duplicate charge or an obvious billing error — we reverse it.
- You paid and never received your download or licence — we deliver it or return the payment.
- Anywhere consumer law grants non-waivable refund rights, those rights apply.
05Something not working?
Every product includes one-click revert and real support. If a tweak misbehaves on your setup, contact support@bravotweaks.com or open a ticket in the Discord — we'd rather fix your install than leave you stuck.
06Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a billing error revokes the licence involved and results in refusal of future service. Talk to us first — genuine payment mistakes are fixed quickly.
