Refund Policy

Simple version: all sales are final. Bravo products are digital goods delivered instantly — once the download and licence are in your hands, the product has been fully delivered, so we don't offer refunds. Please read what's inside each pack (and the hardware disclaimer) before you buy.
01All sales are final
Every Bravo Tweaks purchase — bundles, individual tweaks and Bravo Macros keys — is a one-time delivery of digital content. Because the full product is delivered the moment payment clears, purchases are not refundable and licences cannot be returned.
02Promo codes & sale pricing
Discounts apply only at the moment of checkout. We don't refund the difference if a sale starts after you buy, and promo codes can't be applied retroactively.
03Know what you're buying first
We put everything in the open so there are no surprises:
- Each product page shows the full feature list before checkout.
- BIOS / overclocking products show a disclaimer before you can buy.
- Still unsure? Ask in the Discord — real answers before you spend anything.
04The narrow exceptions
We will always make it right in these cases:
- Duplicate charge or an obvious billing error — we reverse it.
- You paid and never received your download or licence — we deliver it or return the payment.
- Anywhere consumer law grants non-waivable refund rights, those rights apply.
05What happens to your keys after a refund
When an order is refunded, every licence key from that order is deactivated automatically and the apps it unlocked stop working on the next check-in. That includes every key in a bundle. If a refund was issued by mistake, contact support@bravotweaks.com and we'll restore your keys.
06Something not working?
The apps keep a change history so supported tweaks can be rolled back. If a tweak misbehaves on your setup, contact support@bravotweaks.com or open a ticket in the Discord — we'd rather fix your install than leave you stuck.
07Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a billing error automatically deactivates every licence key from that order and results in refusal of future service. Talk to us first — genuine payment mistakes are fixed quickly.
