Refund Policy

Simple version: every Bravo Tweaks purchase comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If your FPS doesn't move or you just don't like the feel, you get your money back.
01The 14-day guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We don't make you jump through hoops, run diagnostics or argue benchmarks — though we'll happily help you troubleshoot first if you want the product to work.
02How to request a refund
Two ways, pick whichever is easier:
- Reply to your order/receipt email with "refund" — that's genuinely enough.
- Email support@bravotweaks.com from the address you purchased with, including your order ID if you have it.
03How fast you get paid back
We approve eligible requests within 2 business days. Once processed, the money returns via your original payment method — typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
04Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to your first subscription payment. Renewal payments aren't refundable once a new period has started, so cancel before the renewal date if you're done.
05Before you go — revert first
Every Bravo product includes one-click revert. If you're refunding because something feels off, please run the revert so your system returns to its exact pre-Bravo state. It takes under a minute and it's the right way to leave things clean.
06Abuse
We trust players, and the policy above is deliberately generous. Repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same products, chargebacks filed without contacting us first, or refunding while continuing to use leaked files will result in refusal of future service.
